Uncoupling of lateral release spring in STEP-IN
position:
For a lasting optimal performance of the movable components of the front unit, the pressure of the lateral release spring on the components is now relieved not only in the SKI position, but also in the STEP-IN position. As before, the spring is not relaxed until the binding is in the SKI position. The binding must still be stored in this position, as in the past, to maintain the tension force.
