Pool of trainers is team responsable to train and develop

leaders that are able to communicate and lead effectively

by developing in them soft skills, making them able to

achieve their goals, because leadership is the answer and it

can be develop in all AIESEC in Colombia.

1.Responsabilities1. Deliver training in public speaking

and content deliver, to the

Executive Boards of AIESEC in

Colombia and their middle

managers.

2. Deliver among the NTT and the MC

the Trainers academy course and

the follow up of each of the

programm.

3. Standarize content by creating

and implementing strategies to

assure a high quality education for

funtional boost to AIESEC in

Colombia’s Members
