AFP Reserve Command Commander, BGEN QUIRINO CALONZO, and COL VIRGILIO GARCIA, Brigade Commander of the 1 st TAS Brigade, Camp Emilio Aguinaldo, appointed COL ERIC CHAN GARCHITORENA as the new Commanding Officer effective April 6, 2013. He was chosen to lead the group due to his exemplary and meritorious achievements. He received one of the most prestigious AFP awards as the Most Outstanding Soldier of Year last September 2011.
