free from recognized hazards and ensure com-

pliance with all applicable laws on working

conditions, including safety and occupational

health, sanitation, fire safety, protection and

electrical safety hazards, mechanical and struc-

tural, be prepared for emergencies, injury and

occupational diseases, industrial hygiene and

safety, work that requires physical effort, machi-

ne protection, safety and hygiene of dormitories

and canteens.
