Frito Pie in the BagFrito chips (in an individual sized bag) is topped with chili, shredded cheese and salsa.

Braised Beef and Pear ButterMarinated then braised, this tender beef is served atop white cheddar grits and drizzled with smoked pear butter. Served in a beautiful martini glass for your guests.

Shrimp and GritsBaby shrimp in creole sauce served over local ground grits with choices of bacon bits, cheddar cheese, and scallions for guests to create their own favorite recipe.

Loaded Mashed Potato BarMashed potatoes are served alongside applewood bacon, cheddar, green onion, sour cream and herbs. Guests will enjoy preparing their favorite blend of potato toppings!

Quesadilla StationChef attendant will prepare the following quesadillas:

1. Mesquite Smoked Chicken with queso fresca, caramelized onions, and roasted tomatoes.

2. Tequila Marinated Shrimp with Monterrey jack, scallions and mango salsa.

Both are displayed upon warm granite. Guests can accessorize the quesadillas with sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa and guacamole.

Salad TiniHis and Hers Salad Tini Station. Details are to be determined: one tye of Lettuce, 2 types of Cheeses, 2 types of Dressings, and 2 types of Garnishes.

Our team is dedicated to working with you to create a specialized plan for your catering service. You will start with a complimentary catering consultation with our Catering Manager followed by a secondary meeting to solidify food and beverage details. Our team will also assist with ordering rental items as needed to insure your plan is carried out successfully.

STAFFING: A Catered Affair is a fully licensed and insured catering company that employs and trains all staff members to insure impeccable service is provided to you and your guests. Our team is responsible for the following:

• Arrival approximately 2-3 hours in advance to begin proper setup according to your custom plan

• Setup, maintain and clean buffet and beverage displays

• Setup, maintain and clean guest tables

• Cleanup of food and beverage areas and set back to original condition upon arrival

Staffing Fees:

Rates reflect a staffing ratio for events utilizing disposable dishes as well as the responsibilities listed above.

*China dish service requires additional staff. Contact your Catering Manager for additional pricing details.

$500 for 25-50 guests $675 for 51-100 guests $850 for 101-200 guests

MENU PRICING INCLUDES:

• custom styled buffet to coordinate with your guest tables and reception decor

China, flatware, glassware and linen napkin upgrades are available in many styles and colors.

Event fees: Additional event fees range from 10-20% depending on location and event details. Fees cover all event planning sessions, standard buffet décor, buffet service equipment, kitchen and transportation equipment to maintain proper food temperatures, liability insurance, transportation and fuel costs.
