It’s important that everyone understands the cooperative and how it works so they can answer any questions your clients or homeowners may have. Once a member, we supply support to introduce the benefits we bring to your company, your communities and your homeowners. Within a week of joining you’ll be ready to go with our numerous programs!

NOW THAT YOU HAVE THE VISION, IT’S TIME TO ANNOUNCE YOUR MEMBERSHIP:

This is an exciting new development for your firm or community. You’ll want to share this exciting news with your clients and fellow homeowners for their benefit. We can provide you with professional digital marketing materials and guide your team through several simple options on how best to provide your client’s access to the Perks Website!

Each homeowner will find significant saving opportunities on the perks site! This private site provides hundreds of savings opportunities and access to special programs such as ProSource, Sherwin Williams, and much more. We’ll will provide customizable marketing materials that you can use to create mailings, newsletters, add to your welcome packages, websites and post to social media.

KEEPING IT GOING.

Actively using programs means more savings for your company, fellow members and your clients. Active and ongoing participation is necessary for maximum benefit.
