Coalition Requirements
Demand for Network Management Capabilities for DoD and international users is increasing dramatically
Network Architectures are becoming more complex (real world and exercises)
Systems are required to operate in dynamic environments– Changes must be quickly recognized and reconfigured– Commands and network users must be interoperable

Did units implement the network design properly?
Which JU transmitted in a given time slot? Was that unit authorized to transmit? What was the RF propagation time? What was the signal quality? Was the transmission relayed? What was the message content?Which units were assigned to receive?
