CoachingSkills•  Form into groups of 3

•  Decide who will be person A, person B & person C

•  We will have 3 rounds of coaching – 10 minute coaching + 5 minute debrief in your group

–  Round 1 – person A coaches person B –  Round 2 – person B coaches person C –  Round 3 – person C coaches person A

•  Person not coaching is to observe what skills were used & how well they were received

•  Timebox coaching to 10 minutes with 5 minute debrief in your group

•  Use the coaching techniques presented to move your partner forward –  Powerful Questions – 5th question starts deepening –  Silence –  Listening – 3 levels of listening –  Reflecting –  Acknowledging
