A general council was fighting for the case of his career. A $600m international lawsuit against an African government. This was the culmination of 2 years of legal proceedings with the trial as the final part of the proceedings. My client requested coaching in order to be at his best best for the proceedings. This was an intensive daily coaching regime which consisted of morning calls, trial analysis and confidence building exercises. The result was increased confidence and a well delivered argument.Engagement to break the glass ceiling A senior associate at a prestigious law firm was feeling stuck in role. She needed help to decide whether to pursue partner, start a business or look at other roles in different firms. One of her key priorities was finding a role that worked with her role as a mother and wife without feeling that she was sacrificing her career ambitions or time with the family. Through our sessions we explored options and removed some negative beliefs that were keeping her trapped in indecision and preventing her seeing all options.
