What coaching is? Cooperation, that helps clients to reach real results in your
personal and professional life.
On every session client chooses the topic of conversation, coach listens and asks questions and gives his observations. Such interaction clarifies situation and encourages client to act.
Coaching makes process of client’s self-development faster, gives him a bigger choice. Main attention in coaching is directed on the moment client is in and what he wants to do in order to come where he wants to be tomorrow.*
Difference between coaching, consulting and mentorship:
Consultant- tell you «how to do it», but he is not from your organizationMentor – gives advice, he is from the same organization, has an
experience in the same field and is a role model for staff workers.
