A cheque of Rs. 8,00,000 for charity was handed over to the Manager by our Principal on the occasion. In connection with Christmas celebration, a class- wise competition was held for the decoration of christmas tree and crib. The peak point in a celebration graph is that of the Christmas celebration– the stars, cribs, lights, cakes, carol songs.... no other feast in the world is celebrated with the same spirit. What makes Christmas a different celebration?, the answer is there in the message of Christmas– God has given his only son for the redemption of the world. God became man!. The ‘Sharing of the God’ is remembered and re-enacted through the various functions and ceremonies of Christmas. After the Christmas we have the New Year Celebrations where we make number of resolutions. And these are the days where we have to examine ourselves, we should feel sorry for the chances that we really missed, as time is the most precious gift that we can ever have. An attitude of gratitude is the best attitude that we can create for everything that we had during the last year. We live in a world where the science and technology is developing very quickly, so that the people become more and more self centered. Nobody listens to the cry of the other. The other has to become the central theme of my resolutions; a determined mind to fulfill the resolutions also has to be created. I wish and pray for the blessings of Baby Jesus. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas and prosperous New Year. Fr Kurian Chalangady CMI Principal

To materialize this dream, Christ Nagar celebrated Onam with
