HigH-streNgtH ComPosite materials
Compared to conventional plastics, our materials are intended for use with higher demands on the mechanical stress and with variable influence of high temperatures or humidity. At the same time, it fulfils the role of electrical or thermal insula-tion with strength comparable to metal materials. They are lighter, are not affected by corrosion or chemical effects.
main material groups reinforcements: paper, mica paper, glass fibre or fabric, cotton, polyester, synthetic fibres (aramid, carbon) - multiple layeredresins: polyester, epoxy, phenol, polyimide, silicone, melamine - saturation, bonding, curingGlass fibre - matrix with polyester, epoxy uPgm, ePgmGlass fabric with epoxy, silicone, melamine, phenol, polyimide ePgC, sigC, mfgC, PfgC, PigCPaper or cotton with phenol or epoxy PfCP, ePCP, PfCCMica paper with epoxy, silicone samicanit

glass mat lamiNates – uPgm, ePgm / delmat aNd duraPol
These laminates reinforced with a glass matrix are manufactured using the low-pressure method and have a glass matrix or a glass fibre impregnated with polyester or epoxy resin system as the main reinforcing material. The required combination of properties results from the use of fillers and other chemical additives.

miCa lamiNates – samiCaNit, PamitHerm, miglasil
The term mica refers to a group of minerals with excellent fissility. The reason for this fissility is the layered silicate lattice. The term mica comes from the Latin word micare, which means „shine“ and is a reference to the shiny appearance of this mineral. VonRoll mines this material in its own mines and uses a special method to produce muscovite or phlogopite-based mica paper. If we create layers of mica paper, press it using a silicone or epoxy resin and let it harden, we obtain firm material for tem-peratures up to 900 °C or flexible Miglasil for temperatures up to 1200 °C.

special insulating parts for power generators
Our products are manufactured using flexible and rigid non-metallic composite materials - Nomex and Vetronit. We produce insulation for OEMs and aftermarket generator repair facilities encompassing all makes, models, and manufacturers. These can be produced and delivered as either individual components or as repair kits.
Product lines: turn insulation, slot insulation (slot liner / slot armor), retaining ring insulation, Permanent & temporary end wind blocking, Custom die-Cut Components Vetronit 64170 – g11 tapes in form of endless rolls, thickness 0,2 - 2 mm.We provide individual customer service, according to drawings or original pieces, just in short lead time
delglas – threaded rodsThreaded rods, bolts and nuts are manufactured in special epoxy quality, they are minimally absorbent and are resistant to oils, sea water and chemicals. This material also has temperature resistan-ce up to 180 °C and excellent dielectric strength and resistance to leakage current.
Product lines:Standard thread M8 - M20, rod length 1425 mm,other options on request
antistatic applicationsWe have a number of special anti-static materials for the manufacture of test adapters, soldering frames, masks and other soldering pre-parations for assembling the base printed circuit boards. The used materials have excellent properties and low distortion even at tem-peratures higher than 300 °C. They are also very chemically resis-tant, have excellent dimensional stability and are antistatic either on their surface or throughout their cross sections. We also provide comprehensive services in the field of soldering frames for tin wave soldering from design to manufacturing and assembly.
Composite materials made of synthetic fibres or aramid fabrics are manufactured without glass using the high-pressure method. They are characterized by extremely high mechanical strength, low coefficient of friction and excellent wear resistance. Applications, for example, for slide valves and plates in high-performance compressors and pneumatic motors (pumps), slide bearings, brake pads or in SF-6 gas switches.

Since 2009, we have had our own technological facilities for fabricating of composites. Our production equipment includes saws, grinders, drills, milling machines, lathes and three- and five-axis CNC machining centres. The aim is to implement custom manufacture of any component according to customer drawings or data with the required accuracy, ranging from 1 piece to thousand-piece series. The production quality has been guaranteed with the ISO 9001:2013 certificate since 2014. We run a two-shift operation. According to the requirements, we also perform additional operations such as painting, gluing and assembly of metal threaded inserts HELICOIL. Furthermore, we cooperate with long-standing partners with other technologies, such as water jet cutting, punching, moulding of thermosets made of BMC and SMC compounds or surface finishing. We also offer fabricating of components of sheets or rods from thermoplastics such as PA, PP, POM, PE, PC, PTFE, PEEK, including any shaping, or also from laminated wood for oil transformers. Recently, we have expanded our product line to include the manufacture of parts made of copper materials CuSn, even as finished parts, including deburring, shaping and galvanic finishes. This production is performed separately from the fabricating of insulating materials.
