We are familiar with Georg Fischer, KW, Disa, Hunter, Laempe, Sinto and various other mold/core lines. Our envelope ranges up to X-120.5”, Y-63” and Z-30”. Employees of Crucible Metal are also highly skilled in the areas of lost foam, die-cast and plastic injection molding. MOLD MAKING Creating durable, accurate molds requires a high level of precision and attention to detail. Crucible Metal Solutions specializes in permanent and low-pressure molds. Mold cavities, rigging, and ejection systems are CNC machined and offer single or multi-cavity design. Pattern-making Specializing in 3D CNC machined patterns, our skilled craftsmen can create patterns, match plates, cope and drag patterns, core boxes and trim dies. Tools are produced from renplank, urethane, aluminum, foam, steel or iron and we utilize the latest CAD/CAM systems to ensure precision. Core boxes We produce core boxes in a variety of materials and in single or multiple cavities. With experience in shell, air set, isocure and oil sand we offer a high quality product to ensure precision castings every time. Our foundry, originally known as Central Brass and Aluminum Foundry, was established in 1927. The pattern and mold division, previously known as Valley Pattern, Inc., was founded in 1985. With over 150 years of foundry and pattern-making experience under our roof, Crucible Metal Solutions was formed in 2015 and remains a privately-owned corporation.
