Examples: -Club Officers who have gone above and beyond what is required -Teens who have shown outstanding leadership in assisting with 4-H activities -Youth Leaders who have shared what they have learned with younger members
To nominate a 4-H member, you can return this form or simply send an email to [email protected]. Include the 4-H member’s name and 2-4 sentences about what the 4-H member has done and why you would like to nominate them for a 4-H Youth Leader Award.
