IPCC Melting Himalayan Glaciers 2035 Prediction…Now Recanted

• The latest IPCC report (2007) claimed that the world’s glaciers were melting so fast that those in the Himalayas could vanish by 2035

• January 2010: IPCC admits that the claim was based on a single, non-peer reviewed, popular science magazine (New Scientist) article, then quoted by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), and not expert reviewed by the IPCC

• The author of the article now admits his claim was made to support the politically correct view point of the IPCC

• The activist group Greenpeace is now revealed as the source for non-peer reviewed claims of coral reef and Amazon degradation, in that same IPCC report

Climate Computers Can Not Predict the Climate

•Claims of climate catastrophes, disease spread , species extinction and the like in 2020, 2050, or 2100 are computer fictions generated by biased, incomplete understanding, and/or faulty assumptions•The absence of a full understanding of all the climatic factors, their interactions, their precise initial measurements, and their non-linear relationships dooms long term climate forecasting

Energy Sources• Windmills and solar energy sources provide about 1-2% of

our energy needs ,gobble up huge tracts of land and water resources, and disrupt native habitat…one 1,000MW coal plant replacement takes 600 sq. miles of wind turbines, and require backup, inefficiently operated electric power plants– In Spain, windmill “green jobs” cost 9 jobs for every 4

new ones at a cost of $750,000 per green job, but collapsed following the withdrawal of lavish governmental subsidies

• Fossil fuels “the original biofuels” coal, oil, and gas provide about 85% of our energy

Why Not A Carbon Tax?• A straight forward carbon tax could be implemented by the

government• Wall Street banks, investment banks, and commodity trading

investors do not support a tax because they would be left out of the money loop, being deprived of the huge trading profits that they wish to skim off from a multi-trillion dollar “cap and trade” marketplace…subprime morgtage/Bernard Madoff redux?

• Carbon trading credits (cap and trade) represent a uniquely fictitious commodity having no physical existence; a form of fiat money and ripe for fraud as already demonstrated in Europe

Taxpayer Money Tree• Follow the money…approximately $100 BILLION

has been spent by the U.S. government funding global warming/“climate change” projects since 1989…based on the predetermined premise that manmade CO2 is a climate change problem requiring immediate solution

• “Everyone” has learned how to make a buck from the “incurable problem” of natural climate change---the invented disaster that keeps on giving university grant money, favored federal subsidies, Wall Street profits, media scare stories, activist funding, and political control

• Federal make-work, giveaways of taxpayer money to a chosen scientific/industrial complex is akin to the make-work WPA programs of the 1930s

work• Find out what your children and grandchildren are

being taught in school; demand unbiased science, not the politically correct dogma of advocacy groups

• Realize the basic fact of modern life: that control of energy and its cost is control of your and your families’ lives

• Realize that energy companies will pass onto you any of their mandated increased costs of energy production

• Voluntary energy conservation is, and has always been, prudent

• Question the motives of the politicians and special interest groups and let them know your views
