Where we are now (2)
• Moving into transition phase
• Standardised process for all staff
• Not all staff will complete transition at the same time
• Expected that the bulk of transition will be from October through to January
2016
• Transition activity managed through each persons transitions document
• Meetings set up with all Schools or Professional Service areas to inform them
of the process and to open up consultation on the transitioning of tasks

Where we are now (3)
• Preparing for the Future
• It is not expected that staff will be able to carry out all aspects of their new job
straight away
• Discussion will be ongoing and depth of knowledge will increase as staff
transition away from their old roles.
• Staff will continue in their current physical location until such time as the
balance of their work is in their new role and suitable accommodation is found
for the team, this may mean some temporary moves, before a permanent
home is found.
• Ensuring continuity of service is paramount
