CASE STUDY OVERVIEW: Leadership Development CLI creates leadership program for large Chicago-based candy manufacturer The Need One of Chicago's largest candy manufacturers called upon CLI to develop a two-day leadership "academy" which would allow managers and supervisors to move from "good" management practices to "great" management practices. The Corporate Learning Institute Approach The workshop was kicked off with a high-level leader setting the tone with a riveting introduction. The program design included classroom sessions, role plays, hands-on action learning breakouts, and personal coaching sessions.
