CLEQ is the core of a systems for making interactive books reviews using Scratch and MakeyMakey

CLEQ is a DIY tablet, made with recovered materials.

CLEQ has eight open contacts in different positions, each connected to a different MakeyMakey input

The book to be reviewed must have a conductive label on the rear side

Putting the book on the tablet causes the closure of the specific contact to Makey Makey

The book to be reviewed must have a conductive label on the rear side.

the conductive label must be placed in a position that allows you to close a specific contact on the CLEQ (from 1 to 8)

each book (up to eight) has the label placed in one of the eight positions

for each book you create a Scratch animation that shows your book’s review

You define the relation between books, CLEQ contacts, Makey Makey inputs and Scratch animation:

for instance: when <spacebar> is pressed the book1 review starts
