Clearnise Bullard | Business Management Biography Clearnise Bullard currently serves as the Project Director for Job Corps Northern California Outreach & Admissions and oversees the daily operation of Job Corps entire Northern California Outreach & Admissions Department. Prior to her being appointed to the Director position; Ms. Bullard served as Social Development Manager and Acting Director at the Treasure Island Job Corps Center, where she managed the daily operations for Job Corps Residential Living and Student Life Program. Ms. Bullard developed and implemented dorm processes, policies, and procedures. Ms. Bullard’s career with Job Corps also includes serving as OA & CPP Supervisor, where she was responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Job Corps Career Preparation Department and served as liaison between the Treasure Island Job Corps Center, Outreach & Admission agencies, and community agencies. Ms. Bullard management career at Job Corps started when she was made an Outreach & Admissions Manager, managing the Outreach and Admission Department’s outreach and recruitment efforts for Job Corps Centers in the Northern California Region. Ms Bullard’s career at Job Corps began in 2003; as a Career Transition Specialist at the Sacramento Job Corps Center. Prior to her career with Job Corps; Ms. Bullard held various coordinator, counselor, and information systems / technology positions for organizations such as Gap, Inc., ResCare, Inc., Bank of America, and Longs Drugs, Inc. Ms. Bullard is also very active with volunteering and currently serves on the Board of the San Francisco Workforce Investment Board and has served on the Boards of Economic Opportunity Council Board for Contra Costa County & Domestic Violence Agency, and was the Founder and President of the Diablo Valley Youth Football and Cheer Program.
