Clear Lake Campground, sites 701-801, is a popular modern family campground located in the southern poron of the forest near Woodruff, Wisconsin. It is on the southwest corner of Clear Lake and shares the lake with an addional picnic and beach area on the north side of the lake. This 846-acre exceponally clear lake provides excellent boang and good fishing. This campground has a large sandy beach with a marked swimming area. Water skiing is oſten enjoyed on this lake. A boat landing and several boat trailer parking stalls make it easy for recreaonalists to launch and park. Camping reservaons are required and can be made for the same day of your arrival or up to 11 months in advance of your planned date of occupancy. Campers must make a reservaon before seng up on any site. Photo courtesy of Dennis Rhode, WDNR Campground Rules • Upon arrival, all campers should proceed directly to their reserved campsite aſter the designated check-in me of 3 p.m. • Check-out Time: Must vacate site by 3 p.m. on the last day of the permit. • Campground/Day-use Areas and Closing Time: Campground closed to nonregistered campers 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. • Pets must be on a leash at all mes and not leſt unaended. • Noise may not interfere with the enjoyment of the forest by others. • Generators may be used from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. • Camping Party: A “non-family group” may not exceed six persons.
