A workplace injury can quickly and tragically change lives in seconds and the CFA Foundation helps ease that burden and allow families to begin healing in the most difficult of times. The ACE Mentor Program is a partner- ship among local high schools and design and construction professionals. The ACE Mentor Program creates opportunities for architects, engineers, and construction managers to interact with interested high school students and encourage them to pursue careers in the construction industry through mentoring and scholarship awards.
