THE Town of Thermopolis is accepting applications for an anticipated permanent, full-time distribution opera-tor with the town water and sewer departments. The position will involve meter reading, line locations and general water/sewer/col-lection/distribution duties. Position also requires some manual labor on street-related projects, as well as snow plow driver during winter season. Employee will work under the direct supervision of the Street Superintendent and Pub-lic Works Director. Must have the ability to learn and follow standard safety practice and written and oral instructions. Applicant must also have excellent customer relation skills, as position deals with the public on a daily basis. Must possess or be willing to obtain water and waste water distribution/collection licenses. Also possess or obtain a Wyoming com-mercial driver’s license will be required.
