Gate Hinges must allow the gate to open away from the childfree zone. START FINISH Longest leaf mounts to Fence Post 38mm 24mm Childfree zone this side Hinge 100mm 100mm Lay the gate flat. Position Hinges more than 100mm from top/bottom edges. Mark Hinge holes. Mount Hinges to the Gate. Hold the Gate/Hinges against post and mark holes then mount it. Use all fasteners provided. Extra mount hole Make sure the gate doesn’t swing past the fence.
