Objectives : Through Participative Lecture-Discussion the Nursing -students with 80% accuracy will be able to: 1. Review anatomy and physiology of Nervous System 2. Interpret the classification and mechanism of action of CNS drugs. 3. Discuss the pharmacological effect, clinical uses and main side effects of cholinergic drugs. 4. Interpret the pharmacological effects and clinical uses of adrenaline, noradrenaline, isoprenaline. 5. State the action of α adrenoceptor blocking drugs. 6. Discuss the nursing process related to the care of patients receiving cholinergic drugs for select problems. V. Lesson Proper A. Motivation B. Presentation C. Discussion : : : The instructor will separate the class into two teams. Have an easel with a pad of paper in front of the class where both teams can see it. Have a list of words ready that you want the class to try and depict. The teams take turns drawing and guessing. One person from Team A draws first and their team tries to guess what they are drawing by shouting out guesses. If they guess correctly they get 5points. Have a list of words ready that you want the class to try and depict. The teams take turns drawing and guessing.
