Reason of location choice

We decided to place our business next to Sunshine train station because a lot of people will be passing by our business on their way to work or school or any where else they are going. With our business right next to the entrance to the station, people will find our business very convenient and be able to just grab a quick pick-me-up and be on their way. • Barista – We will need to have at least one barista , perhaps two during peak morning hours to keep up with demand. The barista will be make the coffee expertly.

• Waiters/Waitresses – We will need to always have one or two waiters/waitresses always to serve customers and to clean up after any messes. The number will increase during peak hours.
