It is the animal ears that come in different shapes and sizes.
The different sizes and shapes of an animal’s ears are the result of
Their surroundings and needs.
• Different animals have different kinds of ears.
• We can see the ears of some animals.
• Some animal’s ears can not be seen from outside.
The different patterns on animal’s skin are due to the hair on their skin. • Those animals whose ears
we can see, have hair on their body.
• Those animals that do not have ears on the outside do not have hair on their body.
• Some animals lay eggs while some animals give birth to young ones.
• Animals whose ears are visible and bodies are covered with hair give birth to young ones. Those animals are called mammals.
eg.Cat ,Dog ,Tiger, Elephant etc
• Animals whose ears are not visible and whose bodies are not covered with hair, lay eggs.
• The babies of these animals are hatched from eggs.
. eg. Crow ,hen Duck ,Lizard etc
