Read Aloud: Christmas Tapestry Novel Study: The World According to Humphrey by Betty G. Briney – Finished the Novel! How did Humphrey help each of the families he visited throughout the story? AR Test Math – Ch. 4 – 2-Digit Addition ▪ Solved problems with three and four 2-digit numbers. ▪ Reviewed for test. ▪ We will begin Chapter 5 – 2-digit subtraction after the Christmas break. Science – States of Matter • Matter is divided into 4 groups: o Solids o Liquids o Gases o Plasma • Sorted the observable properties and measurable properties of matter. Religion – Advent – waiting for Jesus ➢ We paired up with our 7 th grade buddy class to process through the hallways while singing “The Little Drummer Boy”. We collected each classes good deeds and proceeded down to the Nativity Scene near the office.
