The Human Resources Division reviewed the files of forty-nine employees. All core-subject teacherswere appropriately licensed for their assignments. There was evidence that school administrationdocuments each teacher’s “highly qualified” status.

Evidence was found that indicated employees of 100 Academy of Excellence were enrolled in the PublicEmployees Retirement System (PERS).

Employee files contained contracts, transcripts, and copies of licenses, however evaluations were notavailable for any employees. I-9 forms were made available for review. These forms were up-to-dateand completed correctly.
