Room Configurations

At the Clare Country Club, we specialise in conferences and business events, offering our stand-alone Clare Convention Centre for your private use, as well as additional function room facilities in the main resort building.

Be it a small meeting of 10 or a conference of 250 delegates, Clare Country Club has the ideal event space to meet your requirements. We can accommodate for up to 120 delegates on-site and have a close working partnership with other nearby Clare Valley accommodation providers, ideal for larger corporate events that require additional rooms off-site.

Our versatile conference facilities are equipped with audio visual, registration and facilitators tables, lectern, a fixed or wireless microphone, conference pads, pens, mints, bottled water and complimentary WiFi for all delegates.

Clare Country Club offers 64 resort rooms, suites and apartments. All resort accommodation feature spa baths in the ensuite bathrooms with plush bathrobes, flat screen TVs, complimentary WiFi, fully stocked mini-bar and many boast additional features such as separate rooms, kitchenettes and private bathrooms.

General Information

Confirming Your Event Our Business Development Manager would love to assist you further by discussing your options and putting forward a personalised quote based on your requirements. Please contact our Business Development Manager on 08 8842 1060 or email [email protected]. An initial, non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. A deposit schedule will be put together for payments leading up to the event. Final balance of the payment should be made 7 days before the event. Cancellation fees are applicable per your contract.

Menu Selection The final food and beverage selection must be given to the hotel no later than 30 days prior to the event. Changes thereafter cannot be guaranteed. Please note all menus and beverage packages are subject to change.

Security For your safety, we reserve the right to inspect and control events held within the hotel. This includes managing the noise volume for the consideration of others.

Special Dietary Requirements Please advise of dietary requirements 14 days prior to the event.

Event And Service Surcharges A 10% Public Holiday pricing fee applies. Please speak with our Business Development Manager if your event falls on a Public Holiday. All prices are correct at the time/date of publication. A merchant service fee of 1.5% applies for American Express and Diners Club credit cards. You are welcome to change your preferred method of payment to cash, VISA, Mastercard or EFTPOS as these methods do not incur a fee.
