I, In connection with the matter of an anrandment t o the k n i n g By-law to provide regulations and requirements for apartments outside of sewered areas, the Manager stated t h a t it was felt that t h i s matter should be consfdered before any by-law is drafted i n this regard, and the recent amendment does provide for regulations for apartments both within and without sewered areas,
