Getting StartedBegan single stream in 2010 with 5 side-loaders and 1 rear-loader

In 2011 increased tonnage to 951with an average around 79.21 a month

Still cover the whole City twice a month

• Communication with the public was key for

increasing volume and dealing with unauthorized

items.

• The City’s Communications and

Marketing Division did a GREAT job on getting

the word out to the public and finding out what they wanted in the program.

• They also worked with Sonoco on being able to

add new items to our stream.
