Foam and plastic to-go containers are not recyclable curbside. Find drop-off programs for items like foam packing peanuts at earth911.com.

Household Hazardous WasteHousehold Hazardous Waste, or HHW, often contains chemicals that can be harmful, both to the environment and people. The best way to avoid these chemicals is to purchase non-toxic products for cleaning, pest control and weed removal. However, if you do have leftover HHW items at your home, a Household Hazardous Waste & E-Waste Round-up is coming up. You can drop off items such as paints, CFL bulbs, fluorescent tubes, batteries, automotive fluids, pesticides, televisions, computers and so much more.

Street SweepingStreet sweeping service will resume a weekly schedule beginning in October until January. Super Saver Recycling ProgramSign up for our “Super Saver” Recycling Program! Here is how it works: upon customer request, Waste Management will provide eligible customers with a 35-gallon trash cart in place of the 96-gallon cart. The “Super Saver” rate is 20 percent less than standard trash service. Customerswho opt for this service must return their larger trash cart. Ideal candidates for the “Super Saver” program only fill their current 96-gallon trash cart about 1/3 full on a weekly basis.
