The Hawaii Department of Agriculture standards requires that our olive stock be shipped without any traces of soil.
Native Nursery is our entry point for our olive stock.

Clark began his career with the Hawaiian Sugar Planters Association
28 years with the University of Hawaii at Manoa, College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources as Extension Agent and as Maui County Administrator
Clark is currently The Maui County Agriculture Specialist. Clark returns to his love, farming , at the end of June 2010.

Paul has been a member of the academic faculty of the University of California since 1980.
Paul is internationally acknowledged as an expert in olive varieties, olive oil production and processing, and the sensory analysis of olive oils. Paul is the Panel Leader of the University of California Cooperative Extension Olive Oil Research Taste Panel.
