• A sectoral plan is linkage with NAP and National Economic and Development Plan
• Coordination among stakeholders at provincial level and national level
• Available of climate information

• Do we have too many agencies and too much information available?
• Establishment of institution to responsible for climate change information at the national and regional level
• How to access the climate information (for example farmers), translate climate scientific information to local languages that easy to understand
