Chilly Temperatures No Obstacle for Frolickers Ambleside residents, guests and their families showed up in record numbers for this year’s Family Day Frolic on Sunday, February 15. An estimated 800 people arrived eager to hop aboard horse wagon rides, tour the showhomes and enjoy delicious pizza and snacks. The outdoor fire pits proved to be a popular stop, where guests could enjoy the hot chocolate, coffee and cookies in comfort while their children played in the playground. Visitors had the opportunity to tour 23 showhomes, with Pacesetter Master Builder and Jayman MasterBUILT debuting new models. Visiting the homes even proved rewarding for the kids, as a caricaturist and face painter transformed them into animals, rainbows and cartoons. The day was a great success and we’re already looking forward to the next Ambleside event.
