Situation Overview

Special Needs Organizations (SNO’s) use the internet to inform and engage special needs users and their supporters

SNO websites don’t have robust online community infrastructures

Small to medium-sized SNO websites are usually poorly organized and unpolished

Small to medium-sized SNO’s have limited budgets and technical teams to implement online strategies

Aims, Objectives & Proposal

Aim: To enable special needs organizations to better serve their communities in the online environment. 

Objectives   Create a reliable web platform with a content management system. Develop the system which will provide discussion forum to facilitate users with

social engagement. Develop the system with donation collection functionality. Develop a highly customizable web platform so that non-technical staff can

also customize its contents, layout, style and any add-ons easily Create training and maintenance documentation for non-technical personnel so

that they can manage their website seamlessly. License the platform to at least ten clients in the first year for 2,000 pounds

each. Proposed Solution
