hospital. These reports cover aspects such as ward occupancy, utilization of beds,

patient history, discharge and patient referral. It also provides reports related to cash flow,

overdue payments, staff payments and charity or amounts written off etc.

CUSTOMIZABLE STATS & DASHBOARDS

Centralized and automated invoicing ensures no missed heads which are common to manual

invoicing. IHMS features errorless bill generation for single or multiple payers (patients,

employers, insurance providers or third parties), partial or full payments, calculates doctor

compensation (based on percentage of commission, value of services, package value, level of

service and patient referral), calculates service rate to patients based on agreed rates with

payers. Also facilitates the manual entry for special pricing.

Tight integration with accounting module of SAP automatically generates accounting transactions

(Sales Order/ Invoice/ JE ) for every financial transaction during the patient care process. It also provides

the option to generate Provisional Bills or Final AR Invoice. It monitors and provides reports for over

limit balances and create intermediate or daily bills to facilitate the collection of advances.

GPS technology used in IHMS tracking solution helps to track ambulance movement at

real time and useful in optimized route mapping to ensure reduced door to bed time.

Driver data and other details pertaining to ambulance movement such as source and

destination, trip history, Bread Crumb Trail (BCT), driving pattern as well as maintenance

activities can be tracked to improve patient's safety and ambulance performance.

This in-built feature helps to manage the cafeteria activities more efficiently. Orders are

placed automatically to cafeteria as per patient's diet plans covering breakfast, lunch, dinner,
