For This Week and Next! Support CV Animal Care Facility

On March 13th

, Rotary Community Projects presents Cheryl Cox and representatives from the Chula Vista Animal Care Facility (CVACF) as our program. This program will highlight our annual project in support of this important community facility. As we do each year, we will be collecting items they need (please see “Wishlist”). This year there is an additional giving/support opportunity. The CVACF is in need of beds for the dogs and cats they house. If you would like to make a monetary donation towards that need, please see the information below (dog beds $135; cat beds $50). Through Community Projects Committee, our Rotary Club is donating funds to pur-chase a dog bed and two cat beds. We will present that check on the 13

th. If you

would like to donate ‘wish list’ supplies, please bring those to our meeting on March 6

th or 13

th.

EVERYONE who donates money and/or an item(s) for the Animal Care Facility will re-ceive a special ‘thank you’ from our friends at Chick-fil-a.

TACO BAR FOR NON-EVENT CLUB FUNDRAISER Thank you to everyone who supported this unique way of generating revenue for our Club Foundation—helping to fund our many projects and continue our good work in our community. There was a fun Taco Bar at the Sev-enMile Casino on the bay front for everyone who wanted to come and hang out. There is still time to send in your do-nations or pay on ClubRunner. Thanks!
