Antique & Modern Jewellery Auction Thursday 10th December at 11am

Elizabeth Taylor once famously said “big girls need big diamonds.” In keeping with this style mantra, our December Antique & Modern Auction is full

of beautiful big diamond set pieces. As well as four diamond rivière necklaces, our sale also features an impressive array of fine Victorian jewels and contemporary designer pieces.

Pictured is lot 463, an impressive diamond necklace featuring sapphire and diamond cluster drops. The estimated total diamond weight in this piece is 16cts. Another noteworthy sapphire

and diamond piece is lot 471, an elegant early twentieth century brooch. The central sapphire weighs in excess of 9cts and comes with a certificate stating

the stone is of Sri Lankan origin, with no heat treatment. Possessing the intensity of colour most desired in Sri Lankan sapphires, this brooch will be adding plenty of sparkle to

one lucky bidder’s festive season!
