Christmas Cocktails

Beeble’s Perfect Hot Toddy

Ingredients:· 50ml Beeble Honey Whisky· 150ml boiling water· Juice of half a lemon, squeezed· ¼ tsp ground cinnamon· 1 tsp ground nutmeg· 1 cinnamon stick· 2 cloves (slightly ground using pestel and mortar)

Method: Fill a heat-proof glass with boiling water and let it stand for 1-2 mins to warm. Empty mug and half-fill with the 150ml of fresh boiling water. Add all other ingredients to glass and stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!

Beeble’s Top Tip: If you have the time, gently heat the whisky, lemon juice and spices before adding the hot water to ensure the drink is piping hot to serve! Perfect for a cold winter’s evening curled up next to the fire : )

Christmas at the Estate

Ingredients:· Furleigh Estate Classic Cuvée· 25ml Clementine and redcurrent syrup*· Soda Water· Rosemary sprig to garnish

Method: In a tall glass filled with cubed ice add 25ml of clementine and redcurrant syrup then fill half way with soda water before topping with Furleigh Estate Classic Cuvée, stir with a large sprig of rosemary and garnish with a trio of redcurrants.

*To make the syrup simply heat 2 parts of sugar to 1 part water and add one whole clementine finely chopped with a handful of pricked redcurrants, stir until all the sugar has dissolved and then leave to cool for 6 hours. Fine strain the syrup into a bottle and keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
