TERMS OF BOOKING

A non-refundable, £10 deposit is required to secure every booking. Once any payment is received the price you pay is confirmed and no refunds or special discounts will be given.

All payments are non-transferable to other events and cannot be used to pay for beverages at the event. The price of the event may change at any time.

Final balance payments are due no later than 01 November 2019. Any bookings made after this point are not eligible for a deposit payment and must be paid in full.

Cheques should be made payable to Sodexo Limited and should have a name and address and outstanding payments must be cleared prior to the event or entry will be refused.

All prices include vat at the current rate. Should you require a vat receipt, please make this request after the event date.

Sodexo Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend dates of an event for any reason or change entertainment or package inclusions at its discretion.

Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted into our shared party nights. However they are welcome to attend private parties. Pittodrie Stadium operates a challenge 25 policy.

Please be prepared to provide proof of age with valid and current identification. This can be either a UK photo

card, driver’s licence or passport. Sodexo Limited and security contractors reserve the right to conduct ID checks at any time.

We understand that food allergies can present a serious threat to some of our clients. If you require information on the allergen content of our dishes, please contact our team.

Please let us know at least 14 days before the event if you have any special dietary needs.

Any damages to property of Sodexo Limited or Aberdeen Football Club plc will be charged back to the party organiser who, by confirming a booking, accepts liability for any damages caused by their party.

We will endeavour to ensure guests are seated close to other members of their party although this cannot be guaranteed. You may have to share tables with other groups.

No food or drink can be brought onto the premises. Random searches will be carried out on entry. Anyone found bringing such items to the event will have the items confiscated and may be refused entry.

Beverages are not permitted to leave the premises and must be consumed during the event.

Dress code: smart. No jeans, trainers or football colours are permitted.
