What Disease?KJV, RSV, NASB, NKJV have “leprous

disease, leprosy.”NIV has “infectious skin disease.”The description includes spreading

mildew in garments (13:47-59) and houses (14:33-53).

The same word, translated “leprosy,” is used throughout.

Fundamental idea: spreading surface infection, usually with discoloration.

Easy tomistake.
