The building used to be a former textile mill of Fiegl and Widrich in Andělská street, built in 1904-1907. The building consists of the identical six-naves halls. The part of the land is also a smaller building constructed in the same Dutch-secession spirit which the company Gustav Sachars Sohne from Liberec bestowed to the whole area. The power plant Breifeld-Daněk worked here in the 70 s, using the flow of river Nisa. Work on the recovery of this place are in full swing.
