Bringing you tomorrow's power today.

rganizations across the Northeast and Mid Atlantic are realizing quick

project paybacks with substantial returns on investment with Combined

Heat & Power (CHP). CHP is a clean and reliable technology that generates both

electricity and thermal energy (heating or cooling processes) from natural gas.

These projects can achieve better than four year paybacks and 10 year IRRs

over 20%. There are no costs or obligations for Dynamic Energy to develop a

CHP project overview and economic statement for your facility. Note that

rebate reservation applications for specific programs do have deadlines. While

this does create urgency, our team provides a turnkey service and will handle

all aspects of the submittal.

Thank you for your time and consideration. Please feel free

to contact me at your earliest convenience at 484.323.1180.

Sincerely,

David DeutschSenior Vice President, Business Development

WHAT IS CHP?

+

A CHP system operates by fueling either a reciprocating or turbine driven generator set with natural gas. Electricity is produced by this process similar to standard generators. CHP systems capture the waste heat that is normally exhausted to the atmosphere and utilize it onsite for thermal processes.

Purchasing a CHP system provides many

customer benefits:

FINANCINGNow is a great time for CHP.

Dynamic can provide multiple

financing options for CHP projects

including:

A Shared Savings Agreement (SSA) provides the host customer power and heat at a discounted rate, with no capital requirement. A third party investor owns the CHP system and enters into a long term power contract with the host. SSAs provide the following benefits to host customers:

SHARED SAVINGSAGREEMENT

No upfront cost or capital investment from thehost customer

Cash flow positive from day one

Predictable energy pricing & hedge againstelectricity prices

No operating risk and no maintenance costs

Align with organizational sustainability goals

Positive press and media outreach

Direct Purchase

1. Significant immediate thermal & electrical savings

2. Direct payback in 3-4 years

3. Return on investment exceeding 20%

4. State rebates of up to 40%

5. 10% investment tax credit

6. Accelerated depreciation (MACRS)

Significant upside of current incentivesand energy savings

Historic low lease rates with fixedmonthly payments

Customer retains ownership of the system

Up to 100% total project cost financing

Immediate reduction in energy expense

Operating LeaseAn operating lease enables the host customer to fund the CHP project through a leasing company. The

customer receives state cash rebates and funds lease payments with a portion of the improved cash flow

derived from lower energy expenses.
