ABOUT CHILDREN’S AID TANZANIA

Children's Aid to Tanzania is an not-for-profit organization duly registered in the United Republic of Tanzania. It has been operating since November, 2006 with offices in Moshi, Tanzania. The mission of the organization is to provide help to the vulnerable young people of the region who have lost their parents to HIV/AIDS and other fatal diseases. Children's Aid - Tanzania enjoys a strength based on purpose and excellent management.

OUR VISION

Children’s Aid to Tanzania shall support children's education and provide minor illness treatments and preventative healthcare services to the children of Tanzania through locally situated schools, clinics and hospitals.

OUR MISSION

Children’s Aid to Tanzania, shall provide education and training that will enable children to become gainfully employed and/or entrepreneurs that would help to increase their quality of life and standard of living while increasing the economic development of their communities. Children's Aid Tanzania will also ensure the children stay healthy and happy within their communities or in serviced accommodation provided by partner organizations.

LONG TERM GOAL

Children's Aid to Tanzania has its sights set on outstanding progress in the next 5 years. Our intention is to help house up to 100 children with recreational areas, study areas, and places where the children can be alone with their thoughts, dreams and aspirations.
