During the period she played an intensive course in the laboratory of bacteriology, acquiring skills for the identification of clinical logs and study of Phenotypic resistance profiles by applying antibiograms manuals, with particular reference to multidrug resistant isolates.

Participation in a research project aimed to identify resistance mechanisms by applying both classical bacteriology techniques and Molecular approaches. In particular, I successfully applied methods such as multiplex-PCR, PFGE and MLST, amplification and sequencing of the gene, plasmid cloning techniques of some resistance genes in ATCC strains of e. coli using solid-phase conjugation or liquid or with Electroporation, quantitative analysis of plasmids on agarose gel
