The Chhattisgarh government has created an educational hub with residential schools and

colleges for 50,000 students.

The state of Chhattisgarh ruled out threat perception from Maoists in

Chhattisgarh.

The industrial developments in the city are not getting effected by it. Adequate steps (against

Maoists) had been taken both by the state government and the Centre.

They are no longer creating a threat in the development of the tribal

regions.

The state, which has already been described of having an excellent financial management system by Reserve Bank of India and other

financial institutions.

It is also ready to offer the best possible incentive packages in the country to the

investors for setting up units in food processing or in agri-based industries.

The Chhattisgarh government has planned to develop three mega food

parks in Chhattisgarh.

Chhattisgarh has a lot of offers for your investment. It has a record in the field of agriculture production, land and ready

market, besides prospect of exporting the produce.

For developing the food parks the land is not a problem in the state as the government had already set up a land bank by acquiring

land.

The mineral-rich state was progressing fast in agriculture and food processing sectors and attracting investors from

across the country and abroad.

It is a power-surplus state and Chhattisgarh government is eyeing long-term plan to

generate one lakh MW.

A total 25,000 MW would be added in next few years. The state is known for its domination in coal, steel and aluminium sector, apart from

cement and several other areas.

The government has planned to launch a low cost housing project and a new wing of a private

hospital in the new city adjacent.
