How does it work?

Simply upload your files of payment information via Chexx Inc.’s secure internet portal. We will issue your payments and send them to whichever destination you specify on the next business day.

Chexx Inc.’s convenient Cheque Fulfillment Service gives you the opportunity to enclose a personalised letter with your branding and message at no additional cost. Advertise new surveys and deliver your messaging when goodwill is at its peak, the very moment the payment is received.

Chexx Inc. cheques are drawn on a major bank in the beneficiary’s home country, so not only are they easy to issue, but they are easy to clear.

Chexx Inc. EFT payments are sent locally, so they do not incur international wire transfers fees. They cost significantly less than other transfer methods to send, and usually cost less than 1 Euro to receive.

OPENING AND FUNDING YOUR CHEXX INC. ACCOUNT

Before Chexx Inc. can issue payments on your behalf, you will need to open a Chexx Inc. client account and add enough money to pay the face value of your cheques or electronic funds transfers along with associated fees.

Complete the Account Information Questionnaire and return it to Chexx Inc.

We will give you a firm quotation of our rates and set up your Chexx Inc. account using the information you provide in your questionnaire.

You can fund your account by sending payment by cheque or wire transfer in the currency of your choice. Chexx Inc. will confirm the payment as soon as it appears in our account by recording it on a Transaction Summary Report that is available to you online, or by email, according to your preference.

You will be provided with a Chexx Inc. Security Token, a User ID, and instructions on how to format payment files and access reports. You will then be ready to begin uploading payment files via RAVEN Online, your secure payment processing and reporting interface.

As Chexx Inc. issues payments on your behalf, we will debit the face value and associated fees from funds in your Chexx Inc. account. You may top-up your account as often as you wish. Please be sure to a) use your Chexx Inc. account name as a reference and b) advise Chexx Inc. each time you send a wire transfer so that all funds are lodged promptly to your account.

ORDERING CHEXX INC. CHEQUES

Chexx Inc. cheques can be ordered online at any time, day or night, by simply uploading a payment file to RAVEN Online, your secure payment and reporting interface. CHEQUE DELIVERY / FULFILLMENT

For delivery there are two options:

You can rely on Chexx Inc. to send cheques directly to your beneficiaries by first class mail or Federal Express. To take advantage of this service, you will need to include a correctly formatted mailing address for each beneficiary within your payment file; you will also need to provide us with a letter template designed for a mail merge.

You only need to provide the letter template once. We will keep it on file for use with any cheques you order. You may update the letter template at any time.

The letter template may include your logo, return address, the beneficiary’s name, reference numbers, and any other important details that you choose. Use the generous reference fields supported by Chexx Inc.’s RAVEN processing system to add unique information that will be meaningful to your recipient.

Taking advantage of Chexx Inc.’s cheque fulfillment service is convenient and affordable. It frees up your time so that you can concentrate on your core business, while ensuring that your company is portrayed in a way consistent with your values: fast, efficient, professional, globally aware and service-focused.

Please request a quotation of rates for first class mail and for overnight courier service to your beneficiary destinations.

ASSUMPTION OF PAYMENTEvery cheque that is issued by Chexx Inc. is deemed to be cashed unless it is returned as undeliverable by mail or courier. However, if a beneficiary claims non-receipt, it is possible to query the bank to see whether a specific cheque has been presented and paid. This is a manual process that requires opening a live query with a contact at the bank in question, so it is only done on a case-by-case basis.

UNDELIVERABLE CHEQUES

In the event that a cheque is returned because it is undeliverable, simply present it to Chexx Inc. for redemption. We will credit the face value to your Chexx Inc. account.

ORDERING CHEXX INC. E-PAYMENTS

To order Electronic Funds Transfers, you need to have the correct bank account details for each payee. You can upload a file of electronic payments to Chexx Inc. by logging in to RAVEN Online and selecting the relevant file on your drive. Complete country-specific instructions on how to correctly format EFT payments are provided in the Chexx Inc. RAVEN File Format Guide.

Electronic Funds Transfers can be ordered at any time of day or night. EFT payments are typically credited to the beneficiary’s bank account within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the bank and country.
