The Gold Coast is ready for a new experience, taking

its place amongst the street culture destinations of our

bigger cities. Inspired by the trend of rejuvenation in

eclectic urban laneways and the hip aspirational beat of

intimate cafés, bars and specialty stores.

Across the coast, small Melbourne-laneway style places

are developing in response to a younger, cultured

demographic searching for more than existing Gold

Coast shopping and dining experiences.

Finally, Chevron Renaissance will give that search its

own location; a purpose designed precinct created to

echo the street art and culture of famous Melbourne

laneways like Degraves, adding a new story to Surfers

Paradise and bringing a new audience.

The reinvention of Chevron Renaissance is the perfect

catalyst for the new focus on Surfers Paradise.

It will become an iconic location and a tourism attraction

in its own right.

CHEVRON RENAISSANCEIdeally located in the powerhouse of the Surfers Paradise main tourism

area, Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre is a dynamic retail,

dining and entertainment complex integrated into a three tower residential

resort boasting extensive lifestyle facilities, permanent and

holiday accommodation.

Just metres from the fabled white sands of Surfers beaches, this iconic

retail destination is now undergoing a multi-million dollar renewal to

become a major catalyst in revitalising the heart of the Gold Coast.

an innovative light canopy will dominate the central area as a sculptural

floating architectural feature. Patterns of light and colour can flow freely

across its skin in an everchanging display of performance lighting art,

completely changing the mood at different times of the day.

A destination that becomes more than a sum of its parts, drawing in both
