Introduction
How I got started…and why• I wanted to be the most popular teacher in
school, enjoy teaching and reduce my workload in grading and checking students work
• I wanted the students to learn at their own pace – more self-exploratory learning than the teacher teaching
My Lesson• This module is designed using the Microsoft
Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word) which is familiar to both teachers and students. It is user - friendly and some items have been downloaded from the Internet
• The module can be used by the both teacher and students. The teacher can deliver the content using PowerPoint presentations and students are able to do hands –on activities in this module. This module is more student-centred
• Enrichment and evaluation activities are provided within the module
• Different teaching and learning approaches such as the Guided Learning Approach are being integrated in this module
• The module format is not static. The content and activities can be modified according to the syllabus and students’ level of competency
• This module is available in CD ROM together with the user manual. Self access - learning can be carried out.
